Who is Kaylee?

Hi! I’m Kaylee, your go-to coach for all thing women’s strength training.
I specialise in women’s strength training, fat loss, body recomposition and general health and fitness. I have been helping women achieve their health and fitness goals for 2 years in a face-to-face setting and have spread my wings into the online world.

My passion for fitness began at a young age, watching my mum work as a personal trainer and she always prioritised her own health and fitness. Her dedication and motivation has always been a standard I’ve worked towards.

I have a strong interest in the human body and everything we can do and this lead to a Bachelor’s Degree in Science majoring in Physiology. Since completing University, I also completed a certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and began working at Seaside Health Club in 2022. Since then I’ve built a community of women who want to build strength, resilience and confidence through their health and fitness.

To me, health and fitness doesn’t have a one size fits all solution. It is all encompassing, individual and a very personal journey. Every single women who I meet gets a fully personalised approach to fit their goals, lifestyle and abilities. I have a huge passion for helping women become their strongest, most confident selves.
